Taipei Trip with W - Vol.2: The Kitchen Table Brekkie & SPA

Discover more about W Taipei

OK, you have prob seen my last post about my cousin trip to Taipei and I stayed with W Taipei and also their limited edition W Voyage Afternoon tea that ends on the end of June. Yet somehow one post was not enough for me to share more about how awesome is W with you.

(Me in my room getting ready for a cousin dinner)

The Away Spa

I have spas, I do, more than ever, it relaxes my body, mind, and soul, it gives me the recharges I needed to go further, get back on track when I was down and frustrated or when I could not think right. To me, the "time" at their W Taipei Away Spa flows slightly differently, not sure if that was that they paired me up with the suitable aromatherapy oil blend that fitted my situation with what I needed (as they asked me questions and assessed my mood, body, and vibes carefully before they suggested me to do anything.)

As I just got off the plane that day: typical problems are water-weighted, dehydration, sore muscles, and a tired mind, etc. The Rosemary blend was suggested and I think it worked wonder on me during my massage spa time, they're wonderful. Also, it was because the Spa room offers a "postcard liked-view" of the Taipei City (also the Taipei 101), the room is modern, spacious and it also features a jacuzzi which is just magical - especially when you were looking at that view with a welcome drink (a cool lemon and elderflower mocktail with a cranberry juice ice), can you imagine how amazing it was?
(This view.. I meant, name something better and bet I can't)

(How Beautiful is this room.. and the majestic view!)

(The very amazing welcome/ pre-treatment drink)

The therapist who I met was doing my massage was really nice and professional, we had a conversation about our personal preferences so she can provide the best experiences/ treatments. (She is also very helpful taking mt picture lols) -- Now I just heard that there is a new guest promotion, you can enjoy ELEMIS 60 mins deep tissue muscle massage at only TWD2,500, you can reserve in here if you are visiting Taipei soon.

The Kitchen Table

We love a good hotel breakfast buffet in the early morning before we head out for photo shoots, work or more tourist stuff, who doesn't? W Taipei's Kitchen Table has a large variety of gourmet selections featuring favorites from around the globe, located on the 10th floor and is decorated with stylish vacation decor with bright yellow and white hues that gives out a very cheerful, casual and fun atmosphere. It gets quite busy around 9pm but the staffs there are SO SO HELPFUL and nice even all of their hands are full.
