OK, you have prob seen my last post about my cousin trip to Taipei and I stayed with W Taipei and also their limited edition W Voyage Afternoon tea that ends on the end of June. Yet somehow one post was not enough for me to share more about how awesome is W with you.

Taipei Cousin Trip - Staying with the best: W Taipei

I know Taipei is only 2 hours flight time from Hong Kong and many of you guys have been there or actually be in Taipei too many times - but you might not know where is the best to stay or the MOST worthy afternoon tea (only available in limited time) while you're staying in Taipei.

I was here with my cousins attending a homeware exhibition that my cousin (very proud) was taking part in, and check them out here. Their products are going to be available soon in some of the stores/ cafes in the Eastern Taipei district where all the trendy and artsy people hang out -- seriously I cannot be more proud, that 2 of my 3 cousins are actual female entrepreneurs, they have inspired me so much and have always been my motivations.

I think most of the Hong Kongers are no strangers to most parts of Japan, I too did travel a lot to Japan but the western part of Japan always has my heart for some reasons. For those who have already been on my insta for some time might have noticed that I traveled to Osaka quite often these years - for me every time it was a different adventure, especially when you go there during different seasons you are def going to see very different scenarios, if you are lucky, you get to witness or even take part in their festive cultural activities like the Tenjin Matsuri in summer.

As you know I shop a lot online - I am always looking for investment pieces that can be worn for years and do not go out of style. With more than 1.2M followers on Instagram followers, @FarFetch, the UK based online luxury fashion retail platform that sells curated fashion items from over 700 boutiques and brands from around world, well I think if you are here reading you should be familiar with Farfetch already. As an influencer, receiving an invitation to lunch with the Farfetch and rewardSnap crew, (as I have been always shopping from them, always adore how they curate the best fashion items from new to vintage, their blogs have also been influencing my fashion taste/styles. It is more than a shopping platform for me, it has become a platform for fashion lovers, not only customers) is totally an honor.

The Private Luncheon

The private luncheon was held at Ecriture in Central - a French x Japanese fine dining restaurant located atop H Queen with a minimalistic interior, "is like an artist's blank canvas blending soft organic wallpaper with a symmetrical copper ceiling," they said, and it is definitely one of the most beautiful places to dine-in in Hong Kong for sure - to me, copper, marble, minimal designs are everything.

Christmas is approaching and we all know that it is a time for indulgence and the most social period of the year, think about all of the parties, drinks, and dinner during the holiday! For some of you who are always trying to stick to a diet or is very concern about weight gains, this could be quite a challenging period - as we wanted to enjoy what Christmas has to offer and we also don't want to feel guilty about all of that.

One of the very fattening intakes is alcohol, but it is sometimes very hard to avoid - for those who do occasion drinks, social drinkers, all that back-to-back Christmas events would leave you feeling less fresh than even before all these holidays have begun. (I know, who wants to wake up hangover every day.)
